San Jacinto is getting ready for a major celebration as the brand-new McDonald's at 528 West Ramona Expressway, near Soboba Casino, hosts a three-day Grand Opening Festival from July 23rd through July 25th. Kicking off the festivities on Thursday, July 23rd, Jeff Pope and the KATY Krew will be broadcasting live from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., bringing the excitement directly to listeners while helping welcome the newest McDonald's location to the community. Families are invited to stop by and enjoy a fun-filled day packed with entertainment, prizes, and special activities.
Thursday's "Celebration Day" runs from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and features live music, games, giveaways, and appearances by McDonald's favorites Grimace, Birdie, and the Hamburglar. The KATY Radio Street Team and Camp Ronald McDonald for Good Times will also be on-site helping create an unforgettable experience for guests of all ages. Visitors can also take advantage of a special Grand Opening deal with Big Macs available for just $2.99 from 10:30 a.m. until closing.
The celebration continues Friday with "Awareness Day," highlighting local organizations including the Future Farmers of America and the Soboba Band of Luiseño Indians, followed by Saturday's "Hero Day," honoring local military personnel, firefighters, and sheriff's deputies. Guests can enjoy community exhibits, complimentary beverage samplings, and live dance performances from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday.
